Three steps, no surprises
You request
Tell us your sail date, ship, pickup hotel, and who and what's riding — passengers, booster-seat kids, strollers, luggage. Pick the shuttle window (early, mid-morning, or late) that fits your plans — you can add your exact Carnival Arrival Appointment later if you don't have it yet.
We confirm
We check the van against your group and bags. Most requests confirm right away; larger groups get a quick call first.
You ride
We text a pickup window before sail day and meet you curbside — on the way home too, if you booked a round trip.
Most groups fit without a second thought
Standard allowance is 1 rolling suitcase + 1 carry-on per passenger, up to 10 passengers per van. A second bag, oversized luggage, or more than 2 strollers just needs a quick approval first, so nobody's left at the curb with a bag that won't fit.

Traveling with a big family or two? Request anyway — we'd rather double-check than overbook the van on sail day.
Request your reservation
No payment required to request. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours to verify we received your request. Your reservation and payment will be verified and confirmed 1–2 months before your sail date. Check your email for updates.
Before you request
Is this a real reservation?
Not yet — this page registers your interest, it isn't a confirmed booking. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours to verify we received your request. Your reservation and payment will be verified and confirmed 1–2 months before your sail date. Check your email for updates. Submitting a request holds nothing and costs nothing in the meantime.
When do rides actually start?
We're taking requests now for January through March 2027 sailings out of the Long Beach Cruise Terminal.
How do I pick a pickup time?
Choose the shuttle window — early, mid-morning, or late — that best fits your Carnival Arrival Appointment. Don't have that appointment yet? No problem, request now and add it later; we'll confirm your exact hotel pickup time closer to your sail date.
What if my group or luggage is on the larger side?
Nothing to worry about — just tell us the real numbers. Requests near the van's limit get a quick call to confirm everything (and everyone) fits safely, rather than a surprise at pickup.
What about young children?
Children who can safely ride using an appropriate booster seat are welcome — just bring the booster and let us know when you request; a child in a booster counts as one passenger and pays the regular fare. At this stage we're not yet able to accommodate children who need a rear- or forward-facing car seat.
Do you accommodate service animals?
We follow Carnival's own animal policy for the ride, too. Trained service dogs that perform a specific task — guiding, alerting, mobility assistance, and similar — are welcome at no extra charge, the same ones Carnival allows onboard, under the ADA. Pets, emotional support animals, and service animals still in training aren't permitted, since Carnival doesn't allow them on the ship either. Let us know when you request so we can plan the space.
